We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure that our products reach you at their freshest. Orders placed by 12 PM will be dispatched the same day, while those after the cut-off will ship the next available business day.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Your cheese is packed in a temperature-controlled box with ice packs to maintain the optimal climate during transit. This packaging is designed to keep your cheese cool for the full journey to your doorstep.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your cheese's journey.
Local Delivery
For our local enthusiasts, we offer same-day delivery within a select radius—because we know the craving for good cheese can't wait.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your delight in our cheese is our number one priority. If for any reason your cheese doesn't arrive as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll be happy to address your concerns, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Quality Issues
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, document the issue with photos and send them to us immediately. We will assess the situation and work to rectify it as swiftly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we promise to make things right if your experience is anything less than excellent.
